High Intensity Interval Training at its finest!  

 

Justine personally designs each class to offer you a new and exciting work out each time you come!  Workouts will focus on fat burning cardio, plyometrics, weight training, core strength and overall toning of lean muscle mass.  The best part is, anyone can participate!  All ages and skill levels are welcome!  Justine offers modifications if you are just starting out but also pushes you to your fullest potential of intensity if you are experienced!  Justine promises to guide you through each workout with motivation and..... make you sweat!  Come try a class!
